Penedo Golf Outing

On Saturday September 26th, HBK joined T & S, IT Exelon Utilities and DSO for a golf outing benefiting the Penedo Charitable Organization. Penedo Charitable Organization’s mission is to educate girls to become women of knowledge, faith and service.      

HBK attends After School Matters Annual Gala

On Monday September 21st, After School Matters hosted their Annual Gala at Navy Pier. The goal this year was to raise more than $4.5 million to give teens in Chicago the chance to flourish and succeed. Ronald McDonald Foundation: Hittin’ for the House

Last weekend HBK employees participated in  the 4th Annual “Hittin’ for the House” Softball Tournament.  All proceeds benefitted the RMH near Loyola University Medical Center. Big Brother Big Sisters Tailgate

Wearing their favorite college or alma mater gear, HBK employees joined Athletico at their Annual Tailgate Party held at US Cellular Field. The event benefits the Big Brother Big Sisters of Metropolitan Chicago ( BBBSMC).  The BBBSMC mission is to empower at-risk youth by providing high impact one-to-one mentoring that enables lifelong success.  

HBK’s own helps supports Water Mission International

HBK employee, Brian Shepherd, participated in the Walk for Water event this past weekend sponsored by Water Mission International. Water Missions International is a nonprofit Christian engineering organization providing sustainable safe water and sanitation solutions for people in developing countries and disaster areas. Overall this was a small event with about 100 people, Brian was the 2nd highest donators and his team raised over $1000.  This money will be used to

HBK Volunteers at Montgomery County Youth Field Day

On Saturday, August 29th, for the second year in a row, SR. VP Brian Mulligan volunteered at Montgomery County Youth Field Day.  The field day hosted 200 young people ages 9 to 15 for a free day of outdoor activities at Boy Scout Camp Hart in Marlborough Township, Pennsylvania.  Brian worked on a team that provided archery instruction to the participants.  Brian’s daughter, Olivia, participated
