June 21, 2016 – Cedar Falls, IA HBK’s Iowa City office assisted in preparing concept plans for proposed improvements to the Center Street Dam and Gateway Park Dam in Cedar Falls, IA.  One option calls for white-water features in the river at Gateway Park to replace a deteriorating and hazardous low-head dam along with bank improvements.
