HBK’s Baltimore, Maryland office located at 180 West Ostend Street in Federal Hill immediately adjacent to M&T Bank Stadium, Camden Yards, and a short walk to the Inner Harbor. The office was opened in May 2017 and enables HBK to more readily serve our clients and their respective projects in the Baltimore, Washington DC, and surrounding areas. Our office is located in a repurposed building that has received LEED Gold certification and continues to demonstrate HBK’s commitment to the environmental goals of our company and our clients.
Our Baltimore office coordinates with our other East Coast offices to best serve our clients in multiple markets. HBK is excited to expand our company further into the mid-Atlantic region and provide opportunities to our current and prospective employees to live and work in the City of Baltimore.
Key utility clients serviced by HBK’s Baltimore office includes Crown Castle Inc. and the Exelon family of Companies (ComEd, BGE, PEPCO, PECO, ACE, Constellation, and Delmarva Power).
Jane Bayer joined HBK in May 2017, in our Baltimore office as a Project Coordinator/Office Manager pursuing water and wastewater work in the region. Being in the industry for over 30 years, she is very familiar with the cities, counties, municipalities and agencies in the region and their future needs based on their Capital Improvement Programs and in their processes to pursue work. She is also involved in The Chesapeake Water Environment Association (a member association of WEF) and the Chesapeake Section of the American Water Works Association (an association of AWWA). She is on developing marketing materials to pursue future work in the water and wastewater areas, responding to Request for Proposals, and coordinating efforts with the Norristown and Philadelphia Offices.
